Shipping Policy

Outside peak holidays and sale events, we generally ship orders received before 12pm PST the same day. Expedited orders (Next-Day, 2-Day, etc.) must be received by 12pm to meet pickup times. Although we make every effort, we cannot guarantee same day shipping. Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times are estimates from the carriers and delivery cannot be guaranteed for the estimate’s delivery ranges.

Delivery signature is required on ALL orders over $750 (including shipping charges)
