Custom Fuel Cells

Pyrotect Racing Cells designs and builds custom fuel cells to order at our Redmond, Oregon facility — FIA FT3 rated, made in the USA, and shaped to your chassis.

What we build

From 5 to 60 gallons: aluminum (14ga TIG-welded) or mild steel (20ga) containers, ballistic nylon / urethane fabric bladders, full foam baffling, and hardware configured for your application — fill plates, pickups, vents, sending units, and rollover check valves.

Applications

Off-road trucks and UTVs (Polaris, Can-Am, Yamaha stock-location cells), desert and Baja builds, circle track, road race, drag, rally, marine and vintage restorations. If a standard PyroCell Elite or Touring cell doesn’t fit your project, a custom cell will.

How it works

Tell us your dimensions, capacity target, mounting constraints and plumbing preferences. Our fabricators confirm a drawing with you before the build, and every custom cell carries the same standard equipment and 5-year bladder warranty as our production cells.

Standard equipment

Ultra-durable double-coated urethane fabric bladder, full foam baffling, aircraft-style nut ring and gasket, pick-up assembly, vent check valve, and a standard fill plate with rollover valve.
